MOSO is a platform for quality enhancement of mentoring, observation, supervision and professional training. MOSO makes it easy to share texts, pictures and videos and give good feedback. MOSO is aimed at students, educators and professionals in areas such as teaching, medicine, law enforcement and any other field where mentoring and observation is part of the training. --- Planning: MOSO enables the user to plan and document sessions upfront and share the plan with a select group of supervisors and/or peers. Feedback: MOSO provides a means for the user to get feedback and adjust the plan before the session starts . Observation: MOSO provides the supervisors and/or peers with a platform to document observations made during the session by way of text, photos and videos.
